Customers’ Terms & Conditions for Login/Transactions
  • • Customer has to sign up in the App for Registration Process;
  • • Customer has to fill in the App application with all the required details before getting their ID Numbers;
  • • Every Regd., Customer should obtain bill with their ID number in respect of all the purchases made by them from time to time;
  • • Customer has to purchase a minimum of R.500/- per month ie., start from 1st day of every month to last day of the month;
  • • If the Customer purchased the minimum of R.500/- per month then, their ID will be eligible to receive Incentives and such IDs will be displayed in[GREEN] as ACTIVE or otherwise in [RED] as NON ACTIVE;
  • • Customers will be eligible for incentives if they referred/introduced valid customers IDs only and such referred/introduced customers’ IDs should also be in ACTIVE ie., in the [GREEN].
  • • Incentives to the Customers/Executives shall be displayed or declared in their Valid IDs only;
  • • Incentives shall be depends on to the Customers/Executives IDs eligibility only ie., ACTIVE or NON ACTIVE and declared month wise decided by the company on the basis of the Customers/Executives performance para metres decided by the company from time to time ;
  • • Incentives of the previous month performance will be declared on or before 15th of every succeeding month;
  • • Customers are required to verify their incentives in their bank accounts for the online transfer/credits made by the company and subsequently, notify the company about the errors/non-credits if any found within a week for the rectifications by the company;
  • •Declaration of Incentives to the Customers/Executives are purely depends on monthly performance para metres, eligibility conditions ie., ACTIVE or NON ACTIVE status of referred/introduced customers IDs therefore, declaration of incentives are purely optional, and will defer/change from month to month and Customers/Executives to other Customers/Executives from time to time hence, they can’t expect fixed/regular or un-interrupted incentives;
  • • Customers/Executives are expected to verify Rates, MRPs, and Discounts etc., of their respective purchases with the concerned traders/malls before concluding the invoices/payments for the purchases made by them Therefore, the company will entertain their feedback for rectification their time to time observations/complaints etc;
  • • Every Customers/Executives shall notify the sponsoring Customers/Executives IDs in their introduction Column with all other required/specified/compulsory details for classification/enabling of the categorized promotional positions from time to time;
  • • Incentives to Customers/Executives shall be transferred/credited directly in their respective bank accounts by way of online processing system only;
  • • Customers/Executives Incentives or Sponsorer Incentives will be announced on the basis of their eligibility categorised by the company from time to time as stated above;

Note:terms & conditions will defer/change par with the market/trade/mercantile situations and the circumstances demands/deem fit from time to time.
